We are in the business of designing menus to meet your needs, flavors, and budget. We will do everything in our power to customize a menu you can be proud to serve. Because Lake Effect Kitchen is serious about food safety and our mission of putting people first, we will need to discuss any special requests before making a commitment. We want to do our best for you. Let’s set up a time to discuss your vision and create a memorable event.
Scheduling – All events require at least 72 business hours lead time.
Service Minimums · Weekdays, 9am-5pm: $125.00 minimum order· Weekdays, 7 am-9 am or 5pm-8pm: $150.00 minimum order· Saturday & Sundays, 8am-8pm: $250.00 minimum order. Catering services required outside the stated hours of operation will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
A 15 percent service fee will be added to all events and includes set up of the buffet line, 1.5 hours of staffing the line, and cleanup of buffet line. Additional charge of $30 per hour per staff member to extend hours. The service fee does not include tableware, tax or gratuity. If tax exempt, proper documentation needs to be on file at time of payment. A mileage fee of $2 per mile will be added for deliveries more than 30 miles from Lake Effect Kitchen.
